Cancellation & Return Policy

We at shop.99Pandit hold the authority to accept the new registration on our website: https://shop.99pandit.com/. However, even this allows you to return, refund, or cancel services/purchase one for one or more services. The registrant can sign up for cancellation by the registrant.

Returns

Shop 99pandit's return policy is very reliable and customer-friendly. We always try to fix problems as quickly as we can. Shop.99pandit welcomes replacements under the following conditions:

1. A wrong item has been dispatched, and if the product does not match your requirements or the incorrect item is selected during order confirmation.
2. Quality and manufacturing faults occur upon the arrival of the product. 
3. Products such as puja samagri and clay pieces are excused. 
4. Images/video evidence is required to submit. 
5. The item is received in harmed condition (video/image mandatory).
6. Returns should be initiated within 24 hours of accepting the product. 
7. Shop.99pandit can be reached directly through email, WhatsApp, or phone.
8. Products are not applicable for exchange in the scenario of not liking the item or being interested in having a different colour. 
9. Each item will be delivered as per 1st preference and will be the same as the picture on the website.

Refunds

1. If product stock is unavailable or out of stock and an exchange is not expected, our team will contact you and issue a refund.
2. A refund will be issued when the supplier receives the returned package and is inspected.
3. Shop.99pandit holds the right to reject any refund/replacement if the examination that returned the product is not in its original condition (As a coming at a time of obtaining it by the client).
4. The product will be refunded using any payment method (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, etc.)
5. Remember to shop if payment has been made by Debit or credit card. 99pandit will not be accountable for any hold in credit to the credit holder’s debit or credit card account maintained by the approval bank.

Cancellations

1. As an organisation, shop.99pandit is believed to have 100% customer satisfaction and happiness. However, an order can be cancelled for some reason.
2. Items purchased during discounts and sales will not be intended for cancellations.
3. The order may be cancelled if you receive the wrong product, which does not correspond with the product selection, and an order confirmation is not expected.
4. If the item is received in harmful condition (image/video proof is necessary) and the exchange of items is not preferred, it will be quickly cancelled.
